David Austin – Portraits

It’s [almost] spring again, and we’re loving it. It’s the time of year when new life is everywhere. Lambs and kids (baby goats) are being born, the grass is turning greener, the trees [will soon be] budding, the sun stays longer, and the world is just a lot warmer. Yup, This weather is perfect!

Yesterday, I was so inspired to get out my camera again and shoot for great pictures. And I got that accomplished!
These pictures of David were taken yesterday evening… and yes, it was so warm that he could go barefoot 😉

So, here’s David, with all his charm and smiles.

I can hardly believe that he’s already nine months old!

The way he crawls makes me laugh. He does it with such passion… like he’s on a mission, which he usually is 🙂

my little {big} brothers

Several weeks ago, I went outside with David to get his three month old photos taken. He’s growing too fast!

And the other evening the lighting was so beautiful out front, so I towed my sisters (to help me) and David (the subject– I know, poor baby is getting a good amount of those times :)) outside to get some pictures. again.

 And since Caleb was also hanging around there, I got him in some pictures too!He makes me laugh! =)

three years…

Three years ago, on August 14, this little guy was born.
our parents (with our help :)) decided to name him Caleb Matthew. meaning: courageous; gift of God.

after nine years and three girls, it was exciting for the only boy to have another brother!


I’m thankful for this wonderful gift God gave to us, because I don’t know what we’d do without him!
